What is your favorite part about working at CHG? CHG has continued to help me grow as an individual and a leader. I was recommended for Leadership Development by my supervisor and recently completed the course. Supervisors at CHG help you reach your full potential.
What one story best describes your experience at CHG? Everyone has a story, but one common one is "CHG is my second family." The staff here welcomes everyone and embraces you in your position with the company. Like parents teach their children, CHG provides the training and support to be great.
If someone asked you what you do, how would you answer them? I work with Weatherby Healthcare in the marketing department. I help market and highlight our company's services through different media avenues (websites, advertisements, trade show and publications). Weatherby Healthcare is a consulting company that helps meet the staffing needs of healthcare facilities/practices nationwide. We provide fully credentialed physicians that best meet the need of their communities and patient populations.
Why did you choose to work at CHG? I was a referral and heard I would really like it here. Honestly, I love it here. I felt as though I fit right in, even during my first interview almost three years ago. I totally work well with everyone in all of our departments and am still learning about the company, which is great.
What is your favorite event that you have participated in at CHG and why? Halloween so far is my favorite CHG event. Everyone participates, and it also truly shows our unity, creativity and drive to be winners (for the contest, that is).
What is your favorite core value at CHG? My favorite core value will have to be Putting People First. CHG displays in every aspect that our staff is the most vital asset to our company. The staff's happiness, well-being and recognition is what makes CHG succeed.
