Do you love the company you work for? Diane Wright sure does. Diane, is a manager of administrative support teams for Global Medical Staffing. For 12 years, she’s been on the administrative side of Global’s business. Five years ago, GMS joined the CHG Healthcare family of brands and she can’t say enough good things about being part of a larger company with great benefits.
“I love coming to work every single day,” exclaims Diane. “I love that I get to work with people who strive to live our core values. I love that they are promoted and talked about. They don’t just sit on the wall and you walk past them and occasionally they’re thrown out when it’s convenient. I love that we have an entire group of people who are dedicated and committed to that.”

“What we do is unique,” explains Diane. “It’s motivating to be part of something that is so big.”
Placement coordinators match doctors with healthcare facilities in need, both internationally and domestically. Diane’s team helps those physicians navigate pathways into countries globally. From managing all the paperwork needed to enter a country to arranging oversees housing for physicians’ families, her team makes sure healthcare providers traveling with GMS have a great experience from one assignment to the next.
“I’m hooked. I love what I do, and I love being involved in the process,” says Diane.
GMS is a growing company, and the only brand within CHG Healthcare that places doctors outside the U.S. Working in the division is exciting because employees can make a big impact on the healthcare people receive across the world.
“I love the most, that no two days are ever the same. Every day has a different challenge and a different opportunity. And I feel that every day I am inspired to be my best and to do my best,” says Diane
