Scott Beck
Chief Executive Officer
Scott joined CHG Healthcare in 1999 and became chief executive officer in January 2015. Over the course of his career, he has held multiple leadership roles in the company. Scott is a passionate advocate of CHG’s Putting People First culture and the impact it has on our efforts to make a difference to our people, our customers, and the community. Scott earned a Bachelor of Science degree in marketing from the University of Utah and received his Master of Business Administration degree from Westminster College.

Leslie Snavely
Chief Sales Officer
Leslie oversees CHG Healthcare’s sales and marketing efforts. In everything she does, Leslie focuses on leveraging creative thinking and strategy to grow the business and develop her teams. Leslie also works to elevate the status of women’s leadership in Utah by serving as the Vice Chairman of the Women’s Leadership Institute of Utah’s executive committee. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in finance and accounting from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, where she graduated summa cum laude.
Leslie oversees CHG Healthcare’s sales and marketing efforts. In everything she does, Leslie focuses on leveraging creative thinking and strategy to grow the business and develop her teams. Rob Millard
Chief Financial Officer
Rob joined the CHG family in 2018 as chief financial officer where he oversees the company’s strategy for accounting and finance, capital structure, and risk management. Rob is passionate about contributing to CHG’s industry-leading growth as well as strengthening the company’s people-centric culture. He has extensive experience in banking and finance, including working at Earnest Inc, GE Capital Bank and Arthur Andersen before coming to CHG. Besides earning a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Fairfield University, Rob is also a certified public accountant.

Scott Boecker leads CHG Healthcare’s digital innovation and strategies to improve the staffing experience for healthcare providers and organizations. He has more than 20 years of product experience with venture-capital-backed startups and billion-dollar companies including Ticketmaster and Nike. After attending film school in New York and moving to Los Angeles to pursue a career as a screenwriter, he discovered a deeper passion for fast-growing Internet businesses and digital product development during the first dot-com boom in the late 90s.

For Jeff Freeman, success in business is all about relationships. Patience, perspective, and being present, three skills he learned from being the parent of a special needs child, are also the building blocks for great collaboration. A native of Salt Lake City, Jeff graduated from the University of Utah with a degree in communications. He joined CHG in 1994, where began his career as a physician recruiter. In the decades since, Jeff has risen through the leadership ranks as a person who believes in the power of believing in yourself and being authentic. Now responsible for leading CHG’s vibrant, people-centered culture, Jeff is proud to be part of a growing company committed to its core value of Putting People First.

Her career began with a national investment company where she was selected for their leadership program. That’s where she discovered her other love — connecting company success with talent acquisition and employee growth. Since Kerry joined CHG in 2017, she’s been known as a talent developer, a sought-after coach, and an advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion. She oversees many of CHG’s company-wide strategic initiatives. Kerry knows when people succeed and grow, companies do too. She’s convinced the future holds great opportunities for success for CHG and the talented people who make it such a great place to work.

Lisa Grabl
Group President, CHG Healthcare
Lisa Grabl, group president of CHG Healthcare’s CompHealth and Enterprise Client Solutions divisions, describes herself as a people leader, a talent developer, and a life-long student. Joining CHG as a CompHealth sales consultant in 2001, her passion for understanding and motivating others led her to become CompHealth president in 2017. Lisa was promoted to CHG group president in 2023. Her decades of experience, commitment to core values, and belief in CHG’s people and purpose drive her forward. Lisa is a graduate of Utah State University.

Bill Heller
Executive Vice President, Sales
Bill has 20 years of physician and nurse staffing experience and leads our Weatherby Healthcare, Global Medical Staffing, and marketing divisions. Since joining CHG Healthcare in 2007, he’s held a variety of leadership roles, including president of Weatherby Healthcare, RNnetwork, and our CompHealth allied division. Bill is passionate about putting people first and helping each of his team members grow and succeed. He is a graduate of Florida International University where he received a bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration.
Bill has 20 years of physician and nurse staffing experience and leads our Weatherby Healthcare, Global Medical Staffing, and marketing divisions. Melinda has spent her career focused on finding value for her customers. Working in healthcare sales, account management, and business development for more than 20 years, she has managed customer relationships throughout the U.S. At CHG she oversees a team focused on finding the best possible healthcare staffing solutions for facilities around the country. Melinda received a bachelor’s degree in business marketing from University of Phoenix.
